Dear Springhill,
My mother recently moved to OakView, and I want to tell you how wonderful our experience has been because of your kind, friendly and competent staff.
We considered several places for my mother, but Springhill was most attractive largely because of Kristen Gehrlein.  Our every dealing with her was positive and her kindness and thoughtfulness set Springhill apart.  We asked countless questions and sent many emails and made many phone calls and through them all Kristen was patient, thorough and helpful.  When I met with her, she never kept me waiting and her attention to detail and gestures like treating me to lunch and setting up tablemates for my mother made a big impression.  Once we moved, we continued to be more impressed.  Jane Gibson was thorough and wonderful as was Jill Mannino.  Your nurses are patient, friendly and attentive, as are the aides.  Even cleaning, laundry, maintenance and landscapers have been welcoming and beyond kind.  This is so rarely found!  You have built a wonderful staff.  Every level of worker embodies a wonderful, welcoming spirit.

"When we first considered Springhill for ourselves, we had some familiarity with the community as many of our friends had already made the Springhill decision. We had a pretty good idea of what features and benefits Springhill had to offer from what our friends shared. A representative from the Springhill marketing team knew about our interest and called upon us several times to keep us up to date on events and availability. Then we toured the Garden Home that we have now resided in since November of 2005, we knew it was just what we were looking for. After making the decision to move to Springhill, we got busy with arranging for the sale of our home. Our real estate agent went to work for us and Springhill was most accommodating with our move-in schedule. Once we were settled in our new home, we played bridge often with friends and continue to do so today. We regularly enjoy dining at Springhill with friends. The food is so good! We were introduced to the Healthability program and quickly realized the benefits of this wellness program. We routinely participate in several exercise classes. We also volunteer at Springhill to help greet visitors who are considering
Springhill for their next home!"

Springhill has vans and a shuttle bus to take residents shopping, banking and to doctor's appointments, etc., every week.
