Designed to let you choose the services that are important to you, CHOICEPlus lets you make the most of the Springhill experience. Featuring a wide selection of licensed home care and supportive services, CHOICEPlus gives you the power to pick the ones you want and specify how often and how long you want them delivered. Services are available on an ongoing basis or for short-term care after surgery, illness or as respite to relieve a caregiver. A schedule of fees is available upon request.
